Toquefest Film and Music Festival [founded by filmmaker Justin Adam] held in Vancouver BC, is dedicated to providing an open-source for the exhibition of emerging entertainment. In full support of the spirit of independent film and music, the festival is a celebration of the artists and their work. Anyone is welcome to come and enjoy the entertainment over the course of the fall weekend event. Each evening will be begin with a short film block, followed by a musical act; followed by a second short program and final musical act. toquefest’s primary concern is the exhibition of quality content. Out of all the submissions that we receive, the content will be condensed down to a small number of artists who we feel represent the spirit of toquefest.
