Led by Fond of Tigers guitarist/composer Stephen Lyons, and featuring members of They Shoot Horses, Don't They, Dixie's Death Pool, Salmon Arm, and the Tony Wilson Sextet, heartwarmongering takes a more diffuse and tonal approach than the rhythm-based Fond of Tigers. The Toquefest performance will consist of four composed pieces connected through improvisations into a seamless, interrelated whole.
