HOME Toquefest 2004 November 18, 19th 2004 The 2004 edition of Vancouver's Independent Film and Music Festival is set to go. This year's fest will feature a fusion of 15 short films and 4 musical acts. The main event for this year' s festival will be held outdoors at downtown Vancouver's Robson Square on Friday November 19th. Admission will be free for anyone who decides to attend.
