BRIGHT LIGHTS is about Hunter, a young man alone in a new city. He reaches out to people by transmitting music from a home-built radio antenna on his roof. He dreams of saying something but never has the courage to know where to start. After meeting Samantha, a young woman with no where to go, he learns that before you can know what to say you need someone to say it too. Featuring Hanna Hall (Forrest Gump, Virgin Suicides).
